The four apps that closed the circle
The last four apps to ship were the hardest. Not because the code was hard — but because they had to do real work in a real MSP environment. They had to make the OS complete, not just bigger.
App #8: SLA Tracking
Most MSPs have SLA policies that exist on paper and get ignored in practice. We built per-client SLA policies with real-time breach tracking, at-risk feeds, and a breach log with CSV export. If a ticket is at risk of breaching, your techs see it before it goes red. That's not a nice-to-have — it's the difference between keeping healthcare clients and losing them.
App #19: Reports Builder
MSPs live in reports. Client QBRs, compliance summaries, ticket trends, license audits. Most tools export data; Cavaridge builds reports. Drag-and-drop block canvas, cross-app data sources, scheduled delivery, PDF print with SHA-256 tamper evidence. We built the tool we wish every MSP had before their first HIPAA audit.
App #20: API Gateway
The enterprise MSP needs to integrate Cavaridge with their own systems, their PSA, their data warehouse. The API Gateway gives them a proper REST API — bearer token auth with 60 req/min rate limiting, scoped access, request logging with 30-day retention, and an audit trail that feeds into the HIPAA compliance log. This is the integration surface that makes Cavaridge a platform, not just a product.

The last thing every MSP asks: "Can I connect the tools I'm already using?" This is the difference between integrated and bolted on. We didn't build 21 apps and put them in the same directory. We built a shared data model, a shared permission system, and a shared AI layer — and then built 21 apps on top of it.
What's next
Platform complete doesn't mean done. We're in the next phase — deepening, not widening.
We're improving the AI layer with better anomaly detection models. We're building better export and migration tools so MSPs switching from ConnectWise or Datto can bring their data. We're hardening the HIPAA compliance workflow based on what our first healthcare MSPs are telling us.
But the core thesis hasn't changed: the future of MSP tooling is one OS, not six apps held together by integrations. Cavaridge is that OS.
