Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll only be charged after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a ticket?
Any new client request submitted through the portal or email. Replies within an existing ticket thread don't count.
Do you sign BAAs?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans include a signed Business Associate Agreement for MSPs working with healthcare clients.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure and never sell or share your data.
What happens after the trial?
You choose whether to continue. We'll send you a reminder before the trial ends — no surprise charges. Your data is preserved even if you don't upgrade.
